Sul numero 174 di Aqua Journal, interamente dedicato alle composizioni con pietre, è stato pubblicato un piccolo artico che mi riguarda in una doppia pagina dedicata agli appassionati non giapponesi. Mi hanno inviato la traduzione del testo, è stato estrapolato da un'intervista corredata da alcune immagini che mi erano state appositamente richieste:
I try to keep in mind Wabi-Sabi concept when making my own layouts, but you can imagine that it is not easy to adapt this with my western traditional concept of beauty. I'm living in an area well known for its quarries of marble and white limestone, but they cannot be used for aquarium due to its high hardness.
We can learn a lot from nature, so I try to refer to nature too, thats why I go tohot a lot of pictures in nature during my holidays.
